Every Remote Trainer or Electric Fence we sell is automatically given a 10 week period, from you receiving the equipment for you to use it, test it and assess its effectiveness. You are not entering into a hire agreement and you are not required to arrange this prior making your purchase, it comes included as standard!

This service gives you complete peace of mind. You can use and test the equipment without losing the full cost if it proves effective or unsuitable or even if you just don't like it.

And here's how it works...

Use and return it after 6 Weeks - Get a 70% refund.*

Use it for 8 Weeks - Get a 60% refund.*

Use it for 10 Weeks - Get a 50% refund.*

If at the end of the 10 week trial hire period you decide that you want to keep the product, it's yours, there's no need to contact us or do anything else.

If you decide at any time during the 10 weeks that it's done the job and the dog is re-trained or even if it just isn't suitable you just contact us and return the kit for a refund or credit*

Typical Example. A customer buys an NDXT Collar System for, £165.00. She wants to stop her dog chasing sheep. After 8 weeks use the collar system has done it's job and the customer finds the dog is now responsive when it's not wearing the collar and is no longer interested in the sheep. So, the customer has no further use for the kit. She contacts us and the kit is returned. As soon as we receive the kit the customer is issued a refund of £99.00. This equates to just £12.37 hire per week!
