What to do if you need to return an item
Should you need to return a product for any reason please notify us in writing within 7 days of delivery. You can either notify us by e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org or by post to: Pac collars, 1 Willincroft Cottage, Pinvin, Pershore, WR10 2LB
You will be liable for any postage costs incurred in relation to returning an item unless the item are found to be faulty.
Items returned will remain your liability until received by Pac Collars. We therefore recommend you obtain postal insurance to the value of the item. Normally if the value of the item is below £39, insurance is automatically included by Royal Mail with a proof of postage certificate available from all post offices.
Upon receipt of items returned as faulty we will inspect and test the item. Subject to the item being found faulty we will issue a full refund. Where an item is found to be damaged or having been subjected to misuse we will contact you to advise accordingly.
All refunds will be made to the payment method used at the time of ordering.
All returns must be sent in their original packaging and clearly addressed to:

Please ensure you include your order number, name, address and telephone number with your package.
